Raymond Singleton-McGuire states; An Absolute Must When On Holiday In Gambia!!

Raymond Singleton-McGuire reports that; whilst being called ‘Sailor Boys!’ it is better known as just; ‘Sailors!’ Undoubtedly, one of the most popular places on the beachfront with its wooden log built ‘platform-bridge’ and thatched roof extending out along the beach towards the sea, surrounded with palm trees.

Raymond Singleton-McGuire reports that; both beer and food are reasonably priced. The food is especially tasty with the fish dishes being a big favourite.

Raymond Singleton-McGuire states that; the restaurant also has a second part, which is an open patio area or an inside area within a glass-fronted building.

Raymond Singleton-McGuire reports that; the staff are very attentive and always on hand. At the end of the day, this bar is an ideal location, high up on the ‘platform bridge’ to watch the sunset whilst enjoying a refreshing glass of beer. This place comes highly recommended and is a place we visited almost daily while we were in Gambia.
