Raymond Singleton-McGuire reports since arriving back to the UK, the Gran Bahia Principe Group have responded by saying; “as an act of goodwill”, we were adequately compensated for our discomfort, when we were refunded the cost of the wine! Clearly, magnanimous of the Group considering it is an all-inclusive resort and the wine should have been FOC in the first place!! (words just fail me!!)
Raymond Singleton-McGuire states; Thomas Cook have apologised and offered compensation over the disastrous organisational issues we experienced at the start, and the substandard service whilst at the resort, it perhaps goes without saying; with the best will in the world we could not recommend this resort to anyone.
