Raymond Singleton-McGuire states; “Words fail me on how rude these people are!!”
Raymond Singleton-McGuire states; from the start we were greeted with stupid questions as in “what’s brought you here today?”!! …. and “what have you come to buy?”!!!…Where did the salesman think we were – a sweet shop?!
Raymond Singleton-McGuire states; we asked the salesman what range of cars he could show us after giving him a price range. Annoyingly ignoring my question, he immediately tried to sell us finance within the first 30 seconds whilst guiding us to a table and computer.
Raymond Singleton-McGuire states; I again asked the salesman, what cars he had available and could we take a look at them! He replied; we have thousands of cars out there and it could take us all day to find the cars within our requested price bracket. He continued to ask personal and irrelevant questions.
Raymond Singleton-McGuire reports; I again told the salesman for the second time; we are not happy being interrogated regarding personal information when we’ve only come to look at whats available and could he either help us by showing us the available cars, or if not, we are perfectly capable of taking a look ourselves!’
Raymond Singleton-McGuire states; he explained he has to put all our information into the computer as this is the way they sell their cars and straight away proceeded to ask more personal questions whilst at the same time trying to push more finance on us; at which point we had experience enough rudeness, not to mention insulting behaviour, and arrogance by assuming we needed finance in the first place.
Raymond Singleton-McGuire states; I can’t begin to describe how arrogant these people are, they don’t listen to a word you say only what they want to here and what they want to do.
The salesman was then shocked and surprised when I got up to leave after telling him, “you’ve ignored me three times; I’ve repeatedly told you I don’t need finance and I’m not happy you keep asking for personal and private information when its not relevant at this stage”.
Sorry Louis, but if you had treated us differently and a little more respectfully, you just might have made a sale.
Public….stay well clear of this place
