Raymond Singleton-McGuire states; we have always found the best bar and restaurant along the beach is ‘Sailor Boy’ (‘Sailors’, for short) where the local beer is 50 Dalasi per bottle (£1.00) and they have an excellent wooden structured balcony with a thatched roof which stretches out above the beach towards the sea surrounded by palm trees. The food here is also very reasonable and very tasty, especially after a hard day’s sunbathing and a few beers; this is an excellent location.
